About On Deck
On Deck Mobile Hit House is an interactive baseball and softball experience powered by HitTrax. We took the technology inside today's top training facilities and built it into something that travels, so the experience comes to your event instead of the other way around.
Our story
On Deck started with a simple idea: make baseball and softball easier to get to, more hands-on and a lot more fun, for anyone who wants to take a swing.
That idea turned into a lot of late nights, equipment testing and a mobile simulator built from scratch: HitTrax tracking, a laser-projected big-league stadium and room to compete, ready to set up wherever people are celebrating.
Everything we do comes back to one thing: memorable baseball and softball experiences, built on technology, competition and entertainment.
Today On Deck is expanding into new territories, and we're excited to bring the experience to more communities. Every location is locally owned and run.

The founders
We're Michael and Kristena Rivera. We've been taking on life's challenges together since 2012, and we have three wonderful terrors (we mean children): Kaiden, McKenna and Lily. They're at the heart of everything we do.
Service
Michael served in the United States Marine Corps as a military police officer from 2011 to 2016. The Marines taught him discipline and a habit of looking out for other people. After his service he kept at it, and today he works as a first responder in California.
Education
Kristena earned a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies, focused on business and education, and an associate's degree in early childhood education, both from Liberty University. She has always had a heart for kids and families.
On Deck is expanding into new territories, giving entrepreneurs the opportunity to bring the On Deck experience to their own communities.
